NOVALICHES – Human Capital Delivery Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provides the leadership and support for the overall assessment, development, and implementation of key strategic Human Resource projects and programs across all lines of business as assigned by the VP Human Resources. Will assist and support client/site launch needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

* BS/BA degree required, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
* 5-7 years proven project management design and or consulting experience, preferably involving human resource programs
* Must posses 3-5 years demonstrated experience and knowledge of employment law and corporate HR generalist functionality.
* 3-5 years proven experience designing and delivering measurement programs.
* Must be willing to work in Novaliches
