Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and clear direction to assigned branch. Ensure steady growth, profitability and significant market share by promoting a Service Culture through coaching and staff motivation while maximizing resources. Responsible for planning, developing, organizing, directing, controlling, overseeing, evaluating, improving and implementing all day-to-day branch operations functions in accordance to the Company’s overall objectives as well as the Company’s Policies and Procedures. Ensure that individual and branch sales quota / targets are achieved.
This includes sales, cashiering, inventory, customer service, administrative, marketing and human resource functions. Registered nurses may be required to perform clinical procedures.
Requirements:
Education: Registered Nurse or any four-year business course graduate from reputable universities. Preferably with Masteral units.
Fresh Graduates with R.N. are welcome to apply.
