REQUIREMENTS:

* College graduate. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication Arts or other related courses
* Minimum of 5 years of work related experience, 1 year of Supervisory capacity
* Not more than 35 years old.
* Strong OD background
* Preferably Female
* Familiarity and experience in designing programs
* Experience conducting trainings
* Familiar with Succession Planning
* Extensive Talent Management background
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or equivalent.
* Willing to work in Bicutan
* Full-Time positions available.
