RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Mans the company on-site clinic
* Provides first-aid treatment for minor injuries
* Dispenses medications for simple ailments.
* Recommends further treatment for more complex injuries and ailments.
* Serves as administrative and technical support to the Company doctor.
* Reports directly to the Compensation and Benefits Officer
* Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate head

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
* Must have previous working experience from a hospital or clinic
* Should demonstrate good written and oral communication skills
* Basic PC knowledge including Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel
* Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple and shifting assignments and present a professional image
* Able to work varied shifts and varied days off as needed
* Must be dependable and flexible with high work ethic
* Be able to maintain confidentiality when it comes to employee medical records
* Personable, patient, approachable
* Must be a registered Nurse
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
