Customer Service Associate – SALES (SIGNING BONUS)

? Provide world-class customer service through inbound calls.
? Respond to the clients’ issues and concerns.
? Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
? Provide information on products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed 2 yrs in college or 2 years vocational course.
• Above average to excellent English communication skills and active listening skills.
• Possesses good persuasion skills, enthusiastic, spontaneous and creative.
• Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding.
• Willing to work on a Graveyard / shifting schedule.
• Amenable to work in MAKATI.
