* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* Preference are for candidates with experience in a customer-oriented function- contact center, travel agency, airline, hotel, etc
* Excellent communication skills are necessary for the job
