Trainer
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas Center, Pasig City)
Responsibilities:
* Must enhance the english communication and soft skills of our Reps and Agents and assist in product knowledge training
* Develop and conduct high quality developmental training program, instructional modules and materials to Reps, Agents and Support staff as well; assess the efficiency of the programs and the performance of trainees and conduct necessary refresher courses
* Formulates and implements systems and procedures of evaluating the effectiveness of training and developmental programs
* Conduct training to new hires and evaluate their performance based on their competencies to endorse them for product specifics training. S/he will also provide accent and conversational English training and soft skills training
* Performs individual mentoring, side-by-side or remote monitoring of nesting/transition agents and provides feedback and coaching over opportunity areas
* Delivers uptraining, remediation and continuous learning modules including action plan follow-ups
* Provides consultation to management for development of job-specific training, including research and evaluation
* Recommends changes in the training programs
* Plots classes and training initiatives monthly
* Prepares pertinent documentation, training reports and statistics on a regular basis; maintain accurate employee training records
* Keep current with the latest training techniques and methods
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Comprehensive understanding of a call center environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* With solid experience in TNA, module development and facilitation
* Ability to work on multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment
* Willing to work varied hours and days as needed
*
Has experience in facilitating in a small and large group
* Innovative, self-motivated with a high degree of team spirit
* Computer literate, creative, assertive, organized and analytical
* Dynamic, energetic facilitator with the ability to read an audience and adjust delivery accordingly
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center,Pasig City
* Preferably Supervisor/2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Training & Development or equivalent
