Senior Group Leader for CWFM
(Central Visayas – Cebu City)

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of any four – year course
• At least 4 year(s) of relevant work experience in Central Work Force Management
• Must have supervised a team of MIS / RTA
• Good knowledge of workforce management tool like IEX/ EWFM is a must
• Expert knowledge of service procedures
• Excellent verbal & written communication, & presentation skills
• Can deal with people from all ranks
• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach
• Good working knowledge of computer i.e., MS-Office, Internet services & Online tools
• Willing to work long hours and on shifts
• Willing to work in Cebu City
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
