Requirement:
* At least 4 years in General HR management with specialization in Recruitment, preferably within the call center industry;
* Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Lotus Notes);
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Excellent presentation skills and ability to relate to levels of staff;
* Result-oriented, hard-working, independent, problem-solving, assertive behaviors a plus;

International Leaves Administrator Supervisor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Day-to-day supervision and coaching of the Leaves Administration Team. Includes oversight of the team’s daily activities of reporting of disability claims, administration of leave and accommodation requests, resolution of related compliance line and general administrative duties

REQUIREMENTS:

NICE Platform Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* General platform management: Plans, coordinates, and prioritizes internal and vendor resources in daily operational and project support activity. Analyzes administration and operational needs regarding use of interaction contact recording systems. Assist with management and system administration activities as needed. Mentors platform team members, contractors, and vendor relationships.
* Perform system monitoring of the NICE System infrastructure: Administers and oversees technical support of the NICE System infrastructure and supporting architecture to ensure their integrity and continuous operation for 24X7 support. Direct and assist in daily maintenance and monitoring of NICE Perform Infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to NICE Perform Application Servers, CLS, Voice Loggers, Screen Loggers, Storage Centers, Database and Data Mart Servers, NMS, NICE Media Server, Avaya, and contact center agent workstations operating NICE screen recording. Gather and report details on system performance utilization, workload, capacity, and service levels.
* Implementation Leadership and Direction: Plans, directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan for assigned staff. Assigns work activities, projects, and programs. Support platform and business change requests by gathering business and system requirements. Prepare necessary analysis, design, implementation details that adhere to organization SDLC and Change Management process. Enforces strict change control procedures.
* Meets with staff to identify and resolve problems. Reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures.
* Issue / Incident Management: Provide timely response to escalations, tickets, and alerts from the Helpdesk. Evaluates reported incident trouble tickets and assigns to appropriate engineering and system administration resources. Provide escalated system support, diagnosis, and recovery of production platforms. Assist with identification and documentation of root cause analysis. Coordinates with 24×7 Helpdesk to ensure appropriate monitoring and handling of computer system issues.
* Platform Standards and Improvement: Perform detail review and improvement recommendation of system configuration, operating process/procedures, and system maintenance procedures for each of the NICE Perform systems. Provide recommendations for NICE and MS Windows Server changes and optimization. Maintain NICE system and operation documentation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or Electronic and Communications Engineering, or any other degree in Math and Sciences
* Minimum of 8 years working experience in IT, out of which 5 years in a manager/supervisory role
* Required certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Messaging or Security) or CCNA or ACA Implement or any equivalent Industry Network Vendor Certification.
