Facility Ordering Specialist
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:
* Performs escalations critical to service delivery via web applications and phone communication to LEC parties.
* Performs facility orders using both internal and external tools and systems.
* Monitor and maintain set intervals related to the facility delivery process.
* Correspond via email and phone communication to internal sales and project management teams as well as CLEC/ILEC service delivery teams.
* Frequent communication to internal dependent parties through all phases of the facility order process.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.

* Experience in Project Management/multi-tasking between multiple priorities both inbound and outbound queues

* Strong Technical Comprehension – Ability to understand telecommunication concepts/networks/equipment and explain clearly and confidently to internal teams as well as LEC/ILEC service delivery teams.

* Experience in driving escalations with external parties to achieve internal delivery goals. Ability to establish call control.

* Verbal skills – Articulate, clear and friendly tone with a neutral accent.

* Ability to use computer systems with multiple applications in use at same time.

* Strong familiarity with telecommunication products, networks, and equipment.

* Experience with Xpercom or working knowledge of the Verizon CSG database preferred

* Usage of MS office suite(MS outlook, MS Word, MS Excel )

* Ability to multi-task and work independently to ensure work flow is progressing.

* Ability to follow policies, process, procedures, confidentiality, business ethics, call flow and scripts

* Contact Tracking on every phone call

* Proper Transfer Procedures to appropriate department

* Technical/Customer Service Oriented
