FCDD Workstream Lead

Responsibilities:

-Implement the Globally Designed controls for the GSAP/ Streamline rollout programme;

-Communicate and engage with a number of stakeholders at senior management level within DownStream (DS);

-Work with the Global Design and Deploy and Local FCDD Lead to build and maintain a visible plan that ensures efficient work/tome management on a day-to-day basis;

-Monitor and provide regular updates on progress against plan to the Local Deploy Lead highlighting issues as they arise;

-Provide regular and ongoing progress updates to FCDD and AoO management, so that issues are resolved timely and evolving and multiple dependencies are managed effectively;

-Perform initial Design Effectiveness conclusions based on test activities and results, including all necessary Design Remediation;

-Handover all relevant documentation and supporting evidence to the relevant control owners with the AoO, local SOX terms, ensuring that all parties understand the results and implications in terms of next steps.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related business degree. Must be a CPA or an MBA degree holder;

-Minimum of 5-10 years experience in various Financial/Accounting positions; With Public accounting or internal audit experience. With exposure on leading team projects;

-Experience of applying the COSO model to Risk and Controls Framework and SOX 404 and with supervisory experience preferred;

Basic knowledge in Process Controls & Compliance or similar field;

Exposure and knowledge on usage of ERP – GSAP/SAP preferred; Project Management Skills;

-Strong command in English communication, both oral and written;

-Build & Maintain Finance Organization, Customer Focus, Manage Financial Risk, Provide Governance Advice/Direction, Recommend, Develop & Implement Risk Management & Internal Control Systems, maintain controls over financial reporting (SOX 404), Support Appraisal & Assurance Activities, Holding Company Structures & Policies and Plan, Manage & Perform Audits;

-Builds Shared Vision, Customer and Stakeholder Focus, Maximizes Business Opportunities, Demonstrates Self-Mastery, Displays Interpersonal Effectiveness, Demonstrates Courage, Motivates, Coaches & Develops, Values Differences and Delivers Results through Others;

-Willing to work on shifting schedule depending on the requirements, extended office hours and to be based in Makati City. Must be willing to travel upon short notice;
