Requirements:

* Male / Female not more than 30 years of age
* Must be a graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree
* With extensive 5-year airline related work experience
* Smart, assertive, resourceful and self motivated
* Possess strong facilitation and presentation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Must be able to liaise with external clients
* Extensive experience in designing, conducting and evaluating training programs with specific specialization on Dangerous Goods, Basic Cargo and Freighter, Ramp-Station Operations
* Preferably IATA Certified and or ATO License
* Willing to work on flexible shifts

FLIGHT DISPATCHER

Requirements:

* College graduate preferably of BS Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering Course
* A.T.O Licensed or its FAA equivalent
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Good interpersonal skills, Good mathematical understanding
* Highly motivated & has the initiative to learn, with keen attention to details and with high tolerance of stress
* High level of integrity, emotional maturity and unquestionable loyalty
* Willing to work on shift schedule, weekends, holidays & extended hours

Responsibilities:

* Provide Logistics support
* Coordinates with vendors and freight forwarders to ensure on-time delivery of orders
* Communicate with customers to keep them updated of the order status and inquiries regarding the delivery of goods
* Planning ahead on deliveries in relation to promised delivery date to customer.
* Review documents of goods received such as Packing List, Invoice & Certificates in conformance with Sales Order and customer PO.
* Get quotation and negotiate with Freight Forwarders
* Prepares all shipping documents
* Verifies the completeness of the accompanying documents such as Certificate of Conformance, Packing List and Invoice for items received and to be shipped
* Checks items for shipment considering special handling and customer requirements and selects accredited freight forwarders to handle shipment
* Other tasks as required by the management

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
* Minimum of two years working experience in related fields is required
* Must be computer literate
* Must have on the job experience using internet and various software programs
* Must be able to communicate well in English with good relationship building skills
* Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
* Must be accurate and detail-oriented with good organizational skills
