Finance and Account Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Overall responsible for the finance function for a BPO / call center. Will perform financial planning / forecasting, and analyze and review budgets, cash flows and consolidated reports for management reporting purposes. Other resposibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure that the company meets and comply with all accounting, tax, statutory, PHP GAAP and regulative requirements; Ensure that all company policies, procedures and internal control are properly implemented: Supervise the accounting department and ensure that accounting reports are in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principle; Review and verify the accuracy, consistency propriety of supporting document for all claims, payment and other accounting transactions in compliance with accounting practices and guidelines; Monitor bank status at any given time and is notify the management of any non-compliance issues. Other duies as may be assigned
Requirements:
• Candidates must be a graduate of Finance or Accounting; preferably a CPA
• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in the Finance/Accounting Department of a BPO / call center is a requirement
• Knowledge in PeopleSoft or other Accounting system is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• High organizational & management skills
