Operations Manager w/ BPO Experience

Responsibilities:

* Manage first line supervisors that are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives handling customer inquiries and issues. Ensure client and corporate service, quality, and contribution goals, financial, metric and associate satisfaction goals within the site are met. Provide leadership and management to associates; provide training and development of supervisory team. Coach and mentor team supervisors. Regularly conduct supervisor team meetings. Facilities Manager

Requirements:

* Minimum 4-year college diploma from a reputable school, preferably technical or a management course (a BS in Engineering and/or Architecture, strongly preferred)
* Post graduate or masters studies preferred but not necessary
* Should possess an excellent technical aptitude level and has attended seminars and trainings reinforcing subject-matters directly related to asset management
* Should have at least 10 years solid professional working experience where half should be under a management capacity performing real estate and allied real estate management functions inside a multi-national set-up (i.e. vendor management, task force heading, process improvement and/or six sigma process reviews etc.)
* Should have at least obtained a green-belt certification under the lean six-sigma management process or equivalent certification

* Should have actual working experience in performing budget analysis, interpretation and read-outs; can translate budgetary data and group’s financial performance into actual work guidelines which defines the department’s / team’s criteria of operational excellence
* Should have actual working experience in a functional asset management group inside a customer contact center environment, should possess an excellent understanding of the real estate dynamics as it is performed inside a call center environment & dealing with other business group processes
* Should possess strong construction project management skills, & display a high-level of compliance to sound accounting principles & policies. Project management certifications preferred but not required
* Should possess strong leadership & negotiating skills
* Should have an excellent understanding of the various facilities technical systems market like lighting, power, air-conditioning, security & access, CCTV, BMS, etc
* Should have actual working experience in implementing short, medium & long term Disaster Recovery Plans & be familiar with the various disaster scenarios
* Highly fluent in both written and spoken English
* Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook & Projects
* Has working knowledge in CAD Systems (i.e. AutoCAD), has experience working in space management software and applications.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator

Ice Skating Rink Manager
(National Capital Reg – Pasay City)

Responsibilities:
I. Checks with the opening rinkmen as to the maintenance of cleanliness

II. Checks with the Zamboni operator as to the flooding and resurfacing of ice (especially during brownouts)

III. Calls the attention of Operations personnel (Rinkmen and DJ) regarding the strict implementation of the House Rules during operating hours

IV. Coordinates with machine operator for ice maintenance especially during brownouts

V. Oversees shoes and lockers inventory

VI. Handles all customer-related problems

Decides and implements corrective measures

VII. Decides on matters such as whether or not to allow waiver, full or partial of excess computations

VIII. Coordinates with agency personnel regarding:

Janitorial – Maintenance of clealiness of the ISR premises

Security Guard – Effective control and security of both customers and employees

IX. Handles different promotional activities for ISR

X. Attends to inquiries regarding basic and advanced lessons and availibility of coaches whenever necessary

XI. Performs other duties which may be assigned by superior from time to time

Credit Card Processor

Responsibilities:

* Ensures timely collections of invoices and accurate accounts receivable aging
* Researches customer deductions and chargeback
* Initiate paperwork for debit/credit memo approval
* Responds to customer request for accounts summaries, invoice copies and freight documentation while building positive customer relationships
* Works with sales to address credit and collection issues with customers, including disputed items and charge backs
* Quickly identifies danger signs of customer financial stress and escalates immediately to Credit Manager

Requirements:
