Job Description

-Implement and monitor site-specific facility operations standards and processes. Arrange and monitor the execution of building and house services; maintenance; and security according to established standards.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

-Implement and maintain site-specific facility operations standards and processes set by facilities managers.
-Coordinate and monitor the execution of building and house services, interior and exterior maintenance and security; take corrective action or escalate to facility manager as necessary.
-Participate in facilities management problem-resolution and decision-making by gathering information on behalf of facility manager from internal (e.g., end user computing, information systems) and external (e.g., vendors, International Facilities Management Association [IFMA]) sources; perform initial assessment of information and present options to manager.
-Monitor outside vendor/contractor compliance with contractual agreements; communicate non-compliance or other unresolved problems to facilities manager.
-Work with facilities manager to coordinate and perform site-specific program operations activities (e.g., seat allocation) as requested by asset and program management.
-Coordinate with internal resources (e.g., human resources, information systems, end user computing) to meet facility-related needs (computer configuration, telecom, furniture) of internal customers.
-Work with facility manager to monitor and control facility inventory (e.g., storage, transfer and liquidation of extra furniture, fixtures, etc.).
-Oversee minor remodeling (i.e., build-outs) or reconfiguration projects.
-Coordinate building moves.
-Prepare and update standard reports to ensure consistent presentation and analysis of data

REQUIREMENTS:

-Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, License in these courses is a plus.
-3-years experience as a Property Supervisor or Technical Assistant in the Property Management field.
-Experience in call center environment is an advantage
-Basic knowledge of electrical and building codes.
-Experience in managing functional groups.
-Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
-Skilled working in a customer service or call center environment.
-Ability to work on a flexible schedule.
-Full-Time positions available.
