Responsibilities:

The candidate will be mainly responsible for ensuring the timely recruitment of staff including, but not limited to, active sourcing of applicants, conducting of phone interviews, test administration, evaluation and scoring, and records management. The candidate will work with a team of recruiters to ensure that the recruitment process and procedures are in place and that timeliness and quality of hiring meet Stream standards.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Can work for long hours
• Must have excellent listening skills
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with people at all levels, in and out of the organization
• Must have knowledge in MS Word and Excel

PAYROLL ASSISTANT (Contractual 3 Months)

REQUIREMENTS:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
* Must have above average communication skills
