CREDIT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST & TEAM LEAD (Collections/AR)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The CREDIT OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD / SPECIALIST is responsible for the direct leadership and facilitation of a group of Credit and Collections Specialist in a B2B enviroment. Leads and executes incident management process improvement activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. CREDIT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST: Must have a background on managing Credit (Daily Sales Outstanding, Aging of Accounts Receivable, etc. ) and doing Collection calls for NA clients in a B2B environment.
CREDIT OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD: Must have background in leading a team of AR/Credit and Collections Specialist in a Business to business set up.
2. At least 3 years experience in the same capacity.
3. Must have extensive experience dealing with NA clients.
4. Credit and Collection background for tangible products.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Operating System and Networking (Home and Office).
6. Experience with Microsoft Outlook.
7. Strong communicator and influencer.
8. Ability to manage multiple functions in a flexible manner with minimal supervision.
9. Strong team player.
10. Must be able to demonstrate strong problem solving skills.
11. Amendable for graveyard fixed schedule.
12. Work location will be at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig.

CREDIT SPECIALIST(Collection/AR/Account Management) for a Fortune 100 IT Co.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

CREDIT SPECIALIST objective is to mainly maximize sales and minimize bad debts for the company. Will also provide front end customer contact for order release, account management, collection and account reconciliation.
Must be able to do compilation for order status report.
Will do day to day management of trial balance, aging and risk reports, collection calls and reconciling accounts.
Coordination with sales, customer service and accounts receivable department is also a requirement just in case there will be dispute for resolution
Must display good relationship with the Company’s product resellers, internal customers for credit analyst
Skill in the following is a must as well:
Creating a request for financial statements
Tracking order release
Credit and collection experience
Order to cash process
Credit terminology
Reconciliation and general accounting
MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Visual Basic and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
SAP

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be a graduate of BS Business Administration, Accountancy or any finance course
2. Certified Credit Professional (CCP) is an added asset
3. With Excellent English communication skills
4. Has experience dealing with North American clients
5. Previous work in a B2B enviroment is a must
6. Deals with Collections, monitoring of Credit, Aging of A/R, Daily Sales Outstanding, Reconciliation
7. Willing to work at Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City and must be amenable for a fixed 9pm-6am, Mondays to Fridays shift also.
