CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (CONTRACTUAL)
(National Capital Reg – QUEZON CITY)

Responsibilities:

* Take and handle customer call.
* Assist customers with their orders by properly, completely and accurately entering data in the support tools.
* Provide customers with correct information.
* Upsell products as per dictated by the process.
* Log all pertinent information in the support tools.
* Ensure high quality is maintained in each call.
* Follow all steps dictated in the process.

Requirements:

* Candidate must be at least second year College level in any field.
* Call center experience is an advantage but those without experience are welcome to apply.
* Applicants must be willing to work in QUEZON CITY.
* Applicants must be open to shifting and graveyard schedule.
* 200 contractual positions available.
