CAINTA – Customer Service Associate (PART TIME/FULL TIME)
(Southern Tagalog – Cainta)

Responsibilities:

* Act and respond on customer phone calls specially those pertaining to order status, returns and order cancellations.
* Anticipate future questions in relation to the customer’s query and provide immediate answers to resolve the issue in on response.
* Make phone calls to customers for immediate resolution of the customer’s concern.
* Seek resolution on inquiries beyond scope by researching or coordinating with appropriate department.


Requirements:

Part Time – E-Mail

* Has completed at least 1 year of college education
* Has good oral communication skills with excellent written communication skills
* Previous work experience is preferred

Part Time – Sales

* Has completed at least 1 year of college education
* Has excellent communication skills
* 3-6 months previous sales experience is required

Part Time – Customer Service

* Has completed at least 1 year of college education
* Has excellent communication skills
* 3-6 months previous customer service experience is required
