Responsibilities:
• Answers concerns and technical problems from customer
• Provide resolutions to problems that users or players may encounter.
• Resolve issues through email support.
• Provide customer any relevant information about the games their playing (Farmville and Mafia Wars)
• Assists customer in their queries, concerns and purchase for online games.
Requirements:
• Candidate must have completed at least two years in College or a two-year Vocational/Diploma Course
• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS REQUIRED.
• Customer-service oriented, spontaneous, keen on details and dependable.
• Amenable to work on rotating schedules, graveyard shift, holidays, weekends.
• Tech savvy, knowledge in ISP connection and PC architechture is required.
• Expert-level Online Gamers for Facebook (Level 50 Mafia Wars or Level 7 for Farmville) is a PLUS!
• Available to start ASAP.

This is an entry level position in our sales organization which pioneered grocery telemarketing in the country in the ’80s.

The job holder functions as an account executive, she handles the supply requirements of a number of assigned customer accounts.
