SHIFT ENGINEER
(National Capital Reg – METRO MANILA, BATANGAS)

Responsibilities:

* The position reports to the Building Engineer and is responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the building’s electrical and mechanical systems and equipment. It is also responsible for supervising all technicians.

Requirements:

* Preferably Male, should have at least 3 years work experience in installation, operation and maintenance of vertical or horizontal property equipment and facilities.

* Must be a LICENSED ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL ENGINEER.

* Must be able to lead a technical team for routine and emergency situations.

* With good communication skills and pleasing personality.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
