Responsibilities:

* This person will serve as a senior resource for the team to conduct trainings, handle escalations and other more complex responsibilities aside from firewall configurations, making configuration changes, troubleshooting and following up with clients to make sure issues are resolved.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
* With at least 3 years of solid working experience; experience in a support environment is a definite advantage
* With thorough understanding of basic networking principles
