Hardware Engineer
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:

Hardware Engineer working in the BT-LV E R&D shall have the primary responsibility in production support of the existing products manufactured in Philippines. Knowledge of electronics parts is a must. The secondary responsibility shall be to assist, as required, in product Design-To-Cost (DTC) activities, review/generate engineering specifications, design/simulate/prototype/test revised electronic hardware, perform thermal analysis of electronics, assist in PCB layout, packaging design, understanding of microprocessor emulator operations. The most prevalent assignment is to provide manufacturing sustaining engineering support as required.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Electronics Product hardware updates and maintenance as in production engineering environment. from inception and specification generation through the manufacturing phase of product release with UL and/or IEC validation experience.
