Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Provide high quality technical support via phone, e-mail, and chat in a fast paced environment with English as a medium.
* Provide systems administration for customer accounts on UNIX and Windows Server platforms
* Learn multiple web hosting control panels and support CRMs
* Learn and become an expert in HTML editing programs like Dreamweaver.
* Troubleshoot all aspects of customer web hosting accounts (website, email, domain registration, scripting, DNS, SQL, etc.)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field (preferably Computer or IT-related college degree)

Network Support Engineer
(National Capital Reg – Taguig)

Responsibilities:
• Installing, configuring and maintaining network switches, routers and access points and firewalls.
• Configuring and administering network monitoring systems.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining Linux based network devices.
• Creating and maintaining systems documentation.
• Scheduling, communicating to the organization and executing service maintenance windows.
• Daily log monitoring of LAN/WAN systems.
• Daily traffic/utilization monitoring of LAN/WAN systems.
• Responsible for day to day IT support operations, including 24×7 NOC and HelpDesk.
• Responsible for server, network, and storage infrastructure support for seamless support for infrastructure.

Requirements:
• 5 years (or more) applicable experience in a network administration/engineering role
• 2 years (or more) applicable experience administering and support Linux servers
• Ability to fully configure, administer and support Linux servers and devices. This includes, but is not limited to, OS maintenance and troubleshooting, scripting, service management, log monitoring and networking features (IPSEC/IPTables, DHCP, DNS, Apache/Tomcat, MySQL).
• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Windows server and desktop operating systems and applications such as MS Exchange and SQL Server.
• Thorough working knowledge of general telecom and call center operations and systems.
