Responsibilities:
2.1. To conduct research and analyze client design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.
2.2. Responsible in the monitoring and controlling all matters concerning the operational phases of assigned Sewage Treatment Plants.
2.3. To regularly conduct field monitoring, site assessment, inspection of STP and to regularly collect wastewater samples in all maintained STPs.
2.4. To perform personnel functions by supervising and inspecting the performance of STP Operators to ensure that all procedures are completed to the company-set standards and client standards and ensure that STPs are maintained and cleaned.
2.5. To provide technical assistance at sewage treatment works and to conduct training to all STP Operators who will be posted in certain STP.
2.6. To conduct review of related engineering documents and to ensure compliance with the required documentation for DENR/LLDA.
2.7. Perform others duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Chemistry or equivalent.
* Required language(s):
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Educational Background
•Minimum BS Degree in Science, Engineering, or EHS discipline. Masters degree preferred.
•Professional certification (eg CHMM, CIH, CSP, CHMM, PE) desirable
Experience
•Minimum 10 years experience in EHS program development and implementation, preferably in pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry
Essential Skills
•Knowledge and full understanding of government mandated EHS policies and regulations.
