Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversees entire Company’s sales and marketing initiatives by performing the following:

* Plans, implements, monitors and evaluates entire sales and marketing process for Terminix Company (subsidiary of U-bix Corporation).
* Achieves sales target.
* Implements sales and marketing strategies to boost sales performance.
* Motivates sales team in reaching performance targets.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): leadership skills, sales activities, excellent interpersonal skills, Outstanding communication skills.
* Required language(s): English, Filipino
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales – Termite and Pest Control Companies.
* Full-Time positions available.
