Responsibilities:

* Analyze key operating statistics and income/gross profit performance; evaluate underlying operational metrics and business trends with business owners; document variance analyses and reasons for actual results differing from budgeted and forecast results.
* Generate various monthly and quarterly reports from the general ledger; respond to internal requests for reports, investigations and analysis primarily using Excel and other financial reporting tools and databases.
* Prepare the monthly forecast and annual budget for multiple location, clients and programs. Support the Finance Manager and other financial analysts in developing the forecasts; validate and analyze budget/forecast submissions for Finance Manager.
* Prepare variance analysis reports for senior managers. Participate as team member on finance projects which will help to improve the business. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least one (1) year of work experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Provides BMR financial preparation, analysis and reporting support to Greenock Center
*
o Supports BPD Center Leads in the reporting process of BMR with the BPD Global Delivery Center Ops

o Prepares monthly BMR and do the analysis of the results of operations through (Actual versus Plan/Outlook)

• Performs other activities such as:

o Creation ICA
*
o Preparation of Billings
*
o Preparation of Journal Entries

o Adhoc activities

REQUIREMENTS:
