* With sales, marketing, personnel and operations management skills gained from service oriented company.
* With experience on tri-media (tv, radio, & print ads, tie-ups, promotional materials) knowledgeable in writing bus. Letters & memo.
* With product/brand management experience.
* Customer service oriented, with knowledge on promotional activities, marketing strategies
* With leadership qualities, flexible, creative and can adapt to fast phase working environment.
* Must possess excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
* Must have pleasing personality

* Conducts orientation to Medical Transcriptionists and Editors
* Assists the Training Supervisor with the necessary daily adminsitrative tasks in the conduct of the MT Training Programs
* Collects necessary data to appropriately evaluate programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Graduate of Allied Health course
* With at least a year of medical transcription experience, exclusive of training
* With experience as Medical Transcription trainor is an advantage
* With excellent presentation skills
* With good leadership skills
