Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.

• Ensures timely preparation and delivery of quality food and beverage to guests through strict monitoring of food preparation, inventory control of stocks, and implementation of kitchen and cooking standards.

Requirements:

• Candidate with equivalent degree in food management preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Knowledge and skills in cooking specialty dishes in Filipino and international cuisine is a must.
• Adept in menu planning, inventory, and cost control.
• Capable of increasing the profitability of F&B operations.
