HR Org Capability & Development – HR Adviser (Eastwood, Night Shift)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*
• Co-ordinates assigned HR policies, processes and programs or implementation within the business unit.
*
• Resolves escalated issues from the Shared Services Centre, and provides individual case management on complex issues.
*
• Acts as an advisor to both line managers and employees in using HR services within the proper service delivery channels.
*
• Coaches employees through implementing new or changed HR policies, processes and programs
*
• Communicates HR information, using appropriate channels, within the business unit.
*
• Analyses, collects and researches data on HR-related issues – performance, productivity, employee costs and profile etc.
*
• Builds relationships with managers and employees across the business and shares business perspective with HR colleagues
*

• Client satisfaction and feedback from employees and line managers about the performance of the key responsibilities above.

• Compliance with HR processes and policies within the business unit.

• 30 calendar day closure on employee cases
*
• 24 hour response time on employee inquiries

REQUIREMENTS:

SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED

• The candidate should possess in-depth understanding on HR fundamentals and has working knowledge on Employee Case Management, Employment Law, Strategic Planning and Organization Development
• Good investigation and problem solving skills and able to evaluate medium to complex situations using multiple sources of information; has developed communication and diplomacy skills used in dealing with different levels of people in the organization
• Demonstrated HR experience and competency in the areas of business acumen, data reporting and analysis, influencing, contracting, consulting, negotiating, organizational assessment and intervention, meeting design, facilitation and team development
• Experience in the facilitation of change systems, in organizational design and transition management;
ability to partner with and influence senior business managers, and ability to work within teams, as well as with employees in all levels of the organization
• Strong exposure on project management with 3- 5 years experience in HR account management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of any Psychology Course
• Preferably a Masters Degree Holder of Psychology or Human Resources Management
• Must have at least 2 years of solid Human Resource Experience in Organizational Development and Employee Relations as a Supervisor handling General Human Resources Services for a specific Account or Domain
• Must be an experienced HR Organization Development Practioner from a Global BPO Industry with experience in Issue Resolution and Account Management for at least 2 years.
• Must have Excellent Oral and Verbal English Communication Skills
• Must be willing to work in Eastwood as a Night Shift HR Adviser
