AVP – Recruitment

Responsibilities:

* Ensures that Recruitment needs per business partners’ requirements are met at all times.
* Ensures that the best selection and screening tools are in place to determine the best job fit, and managing of customer experience and employer of choice initiatives.
* Facilitate and monitor implementation of marketing strategies to ensure that hiring targets are continuously met to support pipeline through the various Recruitment channels.
* Provides performance management and career growth and development for team members to ensure continuous excellence and job satisfaction among employees.

Requirement:

* At least 4 years in General HR management with specialization in Recruitment, preferably within the call center industry;

* Excellent presentation skills and ability to relate to levels of staff;
* Result-oriented, hard-working, independent, problem-solving, assertive behaviors a plus;
* High energy to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing priorities environment;
* Demonstrates ability to work under pressure and deadlines with minimum supervision.
* Willing to work in Alabang and Quezon City.
* Preferably from the same industry with the same level of competency.
