Ideal candidates would be responsible for:

• SEO optimization of the website, including optimizing current web page designs and working with the development team on projects that are being developed or planned.
• Working with the Editorial team on content development
• Link building
• Keyword research
• Competitor analysis
• SEM, including paid (Google Adwords, Yahoo) and non-paid methods
• Monitoring on search engine ranking and providing reports for management and client
• Driving and improving traffic to the web properties using SEO/SEM methods.

Requirements:
• Knowledge of white hat SEO/SEM methods and best practices.

• Basic programming and web design knowledge, and how it effects SEO

• Dreamweaver experience is definitely a bonus

DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (PASIG SITE)

Responsibilities:
The Database Administrator’s role is to design, install, monitor, maintain, and performance tune production databases while ensuring high levels of data availability. This individual is also responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing database policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of databases and their accompanying software.

STRATEGY & PLANNING
•Assess and develop long-term strategic goals for production databases in conjunction with data owners and department managers.

Requirements:
•College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science and/or 2 years equivalent work experience.

•Experience with data processing flowcharting techniques.

Responsibilities:
Information Security
* Coordinate the development and implementation of security polices, standards and procedures.
* Ensure that the info sec policies reflect the unique concerns and requirements of individual customers
