Web programmer/developer

Skills and Knowledge
•Solid web development background using either Plone, Zope, PHP.
•Solid database programming background (SQL) and able to construct optimal SQL
queries
•Advance skills in XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript (JQuery, Dojo, Yui), Ajax, and
Web2.0 technologies
•Experience in MySQL, Drupal or any CMS framework

Graphic Designer/Artist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be responsible for executing all promotional initiatives and designs used for events management, press releases, marketing collaterals, advertising and content creation for the Marketing Communications group.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Graphic Design

* Executes all requests for graphic design conceptualization and execution; prepares at least 3 designs for selection and approval
* Coordinates with possible third-party provider/s based on the design and marketing requirement (print ad, AVPs, online ad)
* Recommends concepts for advertising campaigns and corporate branding designs

Advertising and Promotion

* Recommends and evaluates effective and appropriate advertising and promotional exposures such as print ads, give-aways, events, and online ads
* Recommends appropriate promotional materials and merchandise for corporate give-aways; maintains inventory of all marketing collaterals
* Negotiates with media partners on the best price, additional mileages, and press releases
* Prepares and submits weekly project status report
* Provides support for all other marketing activities

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must possess a bachelor’s degree in advertising, fine arts, multimedia design, and/or marketing management
* With at least 2 years related work experience in graphic design and in marketing
* Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Corel, and other photo editor/design applications

Network Administrator

Responsibilities:

* Network administration (including network devices configuration backup, security management, user account management, e-mail administration, web server, internet access, office systems and applications support).
* Supports server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.
* Performs technology needs analysis.
* Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
* Plans, implements, and supports the network and infrastructure plan.
* Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.

* Demonstrated knowledge of routers, switches, firewall, Linux, Exchange server, Active Directory, Windows servers and desktop products.
* Demonstrated knowledge of setting up remote access for users.  Demonstrated ability to administer a 100+ node network including firewalls.
* Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.
* Demonstrated knowledge in VOIP telephone systems technology
* Ability to negotiate hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.

Programmer Analyst – IVR
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Design technical solutions to enable interface between Client and NCO systems
* Develop and implement programming codes to meet designed interface solutions between NCO and Client systems.
* Perform unit testing to ensure viability of programming through validating individual units of source codes, script, and/or architecture.
* When requested, required to perform troubleshooting through analysis of code and data, identify system issues and concerns, and provide resolution.
* Advise user departments in computer applications, capabilities, alternative programming approaches, and limitations to resolve specific problems and/or make changes to programs.
* When requested, required to write technical documentation to communicate project status to next phase and/or to provide user instructions to Information Technology (IT) Operations department.
* When requested, required to provide training and direction to junior Programming staff.
* Perform ongoing systems maintenance to update or revise programming needs, or to identify and correct in-house systems applications.
* Dependent upon position, use Agile Software Development process for software development promoting efficiency and accuracy through the development process.
* Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
* Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with NCO policies and procedures.
* Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
* Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent in relevant work experience.
* 1 years of previous programming/work related experience required. 3 years of previous programming/work related experience preferred
* 1-2 years experience writing and deploying Aspect Unified IP IVR M3 script applications.
* 1-2 years experience writing T-SQL scripts using Microsoft SQL 2005.
* Knowledge of Aspect Unified IP system configuration, including: adding agents and services, managing voice recognition, telephony and PBX integration.
* Knowledge of Aspect Unified IP system design including: performance monitoring, capacity planning, real-time and historical reporting metrics.
* Knowledge of network and voice testing procedures and tools.
* Ability to understand and work within set deadlines.
* Ability to work with geographically disbursed team members.
* Exhibit strong attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
