Responsibilities:
-Responsible for supporting and troubleshooting any incidents that arise within the desktop computing environments (Desktop, Laptop, Thin Client and Phone), and documenting any fixes or troubleshooting steps to ensure procedural consistency.
-Tier2 support for hardware/software. Respond to and triage escalated 2nd-tier support requests for all production network and server systems, and work with other Operations team members to follow issues through resolution.
-Coordinate issue resolution with 3rd-tier support personnel or outside vendors, as appropriate.
-Perform installations of new or updated systems into the test and production environments by following prescribed Build Guides or Software Installations Guides.
-Monitor production environment using existing monitoring tools of workstation, servers and peripheral devices at the sites.
Requirements:
-College degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related course.
-2 years experience as Technical / Desktop Support, IT Team Lead, and Service Analysts etc.
MCP or any related certifications are a plus.
-Customer service oriented.
-Experience with Incident Management methodologies, systems and tools.
-Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups.

Responsibilities:
Position involves the development and support of embedded software affecting image quality and performance of scanners used in multi-function printers. Typical responsibilities may involve combining an understanding of embedded programming (usually C) in a UNIX environment, color science theory, electrophotography, halftone science, image processing, ASIC design and optics. Strong programming and analytical skills required.
Applicant must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Good communication skills essential with emphasis on the ability to effectively explain technology to non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
-Candidate must have at least a BS in related subject such as computer engineering, electronics & communications engineering or computer science preferably with demonstrated interest and accomplishment in imaging technologies. Advanced degrees (MS, PhD) are a plus but not required. This position is advertised at an intermediate level but can be filled at a higher or lower level depending on a candidate’s education and experience level.
-Experience in C programming, embedded programming, and UNIX/LINUX operating systems strongly desired. Additional experience involving image processing, electrophotography, halftoning, and/or imaging systems design (scanners, digital cameras) is a plus.
