Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Series 53 certification is an advantage
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.

* Knowledge: Working knowledge of the different NB systems (WMS, ING, PRISM, IUM, Auto appraisal, MIB, DocuVu, Medical System, Lotus Notes, MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint). Advanced knowledge of insurance and underwriting principles. Advanced knowledge of medical aspects (anatomy, physiology, symptoms, signs and prognosis of diseases, medical abbreviations and terminology, normal values for commonly encountered laboratory tests, medical procedures, etc.). Advanced knowledge of nonmedical aspects (occupation, foreign residence, lifestyle, alcohol, drugs, immigration, etc.). Advanced knowledge of legal implications affecting underwriting. Proficiency in financial underwriting principles, insurable interest, anti-selection. Proficiency in interpretation of financial statements. Full understanding of insurance products, riders and policy contract provisions. Advanced knowledge of customer service principles. Full understanding of the different Underwriting Manuals we use. Complete knowledge of fundamentals and some latest techniques in underwriting. Well-honed interpersonal skills to be able to relate confidently yet amicably with agents and explain underwriting decisions clearly.
