Responsibilities:

* Manage the Philippines IT Department in all areas of Operations and Development within the IT budget
* Provide leadership and direction to Department staff and encourage innovative risk taking behavior in support of customer and ACE business plans.
* Prepare IT Department annual operating budget and review budget expenditure performance monthly.
* Establish and set priorities for short and long term plans in conjunction with senior management.
* Advise management on potential areas for systems applications development.
* Ensure Departments’ day to day personnel, technical and administration problems are effectively resolved.
* Plan, organize, budget and review relevant training for IT staff and business PC users
* Responsible for IBM AS400 network as well as all personal computers which support ACE Philippines’s business applications
* Responsible for all ACE business applications operating in the Philippines

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Four year College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT / Computer-related course
* At least five (5) years of IT managerial experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills and capable of dealing with all levels of management, both local and regional, and staff
* Experienced in project and vendor management
* Mature, assertive, flexible, organized, and acts with sense of urgency and initiative.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
