Responsibilities:

The IT Security Helpdesk Specialist provides support services to the Security department.

Requirements:

1. Reports directly to the Director of Security.
2. Requires working U.S. Business Hours
3. Must be experienced in the Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.
4. Performs a variety of internal auditing functions and escalates issues such as, but not limited to:
1. User entitlement reviews
2. AV Audits
3. Vulnerability scanning
4. Log Management and Reviews of System, Firewall, and IDS logs
5. Has excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
6. Receives phone calls and emails and provides necessary actions on those communications.
7. Performs a variety of administrative duties/functions as required by the daily operations of the Security team.
8. Handles logistics in organizing security meetings/conferences
9. Coordinates team’s schedules and responsible for team availability and travel plans.
10. Fields and directs incoming internal and client correspondents, inquires, and proposals.
11. Performs other duties and assignments that may be assigned or required by the Supervisor or Manager

Responsibilities:

* As a technical sales professional, you will have the opportunity not just to practice and enrich your IT-related and customer service skills, but to also develop a third skill-set in selling and promoting products and services for our client, a major computer manufacturer.
* Primarily, you will provide inbound technical support for customers, including troubleshooting and resolution walk-through of hardware, software and networking issues of desktop and laptop users.

These include various products (PC parts, software, storage devices, etc.), as well as services like one-time phone support and warranty extensions or renewals.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a degree/certificate that relates to Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
* Candidates without an educational background coming from a tech/computer related course must have a corresponding work experience in tech/computers/information technology.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Good problem solving and decision making skills.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Willing to be assigned to either our Makati, Shaw, Alabang, Quezon City, Libis, Clark or Cebu site.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
