Requirements:

* At least 3 years experience in ERP software implementation/support or 3 years experience in business analysis in Human Resources
* Has worked with applications for payroll processing and benefits administration
* Knowledge on SOX, US taxation laws, and other related HR business processes
* Experience in Peoplesoft is an advantage
* Knowledge on different areas of Human Resources and how each area operates
* Experience with relevant technologies that could include the following: Unix, Windows, and i-Series operating systems, DB2 and Oracle databases, web servers and application servers

* Lead development activities across all development teams
* Work with senior Red Point Solution Architects to architect scalable and reliable software applications using Red Point Framework
* Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET web and application services using the .NET Framework
* Maintain and enhance existing software applications

Requirements:

* Microsoft Certified with a minimum of 5+ years of .NET/C# experience developing both WinForms and Web applications
* Supervisory/People Management experience
* Agile Methodology experience
* SOA experience
* .NET 3.0 (WCF, WF, and WPF)with C#V3.5
* MS SQL Server experience (SQL/T-SQL, Stored Procedures and Functions).

Software Development Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We need one Software Development Engineer to support the Parametrics / Test Tool development team within ink jet print head development. This team supports print head development through parametric lab testing of print heads, development of software/infrastructure to support the parametric lab. The specific job duties will include: Design, implement, and test applications targeted for Windows XP; Design, implement, and test changes to existing applications on Windows; Work with other team members to analyze requirements and recommend a systems solution; Develops / maintains documentation on the as built status of the code; Uses a code library to manage code; Develop and execute test plans validating development and / or changes to existing code.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Has BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology (degree in MS is an added advantage)
* Strong in C/C++ programming language
* Proficient in requirements analysis
* Preferably with experience in any of the following: Web development, relational database design and LAB View
* Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must have 3 years experience on Windows development
