RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist customers regarding their inquiries, concerns and complaints in a professional manner over the phone. (BENEFITS: Salary Package: Php12,000 to Php18,000 plus competitive benefits, FREE Call, Center Interview Coaching, Full-time positions available, Work locations: Sucat, Alabang, Pasay, Makati, Shaw/Mandaluyong Edsa, Ortigas and Quezon City.)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 2nd year college (No back subjects).
2. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
3. Willing to work in shifting schedules including graveyard shifts, weekends and holidays.
4. Above average English communication skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
7. Only full-time positions are available.
