REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor’s degree in related field with 1 to 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Attention to detail
* Can work with minimal supervision and good attendance record
* Detail and service level (SLA) orientated (keen ability to observe systems and recommend improvement opportunities)
