Responsibilities:

Conducts criminal and civil lawsuits, draws up legal documents, advises clients as to legal rights, and practices other phases of law. Gathers evidence in administrative, civil, criminal, and other cases, to formulate defense, or to initiate legal action. Conducts research, interviews clients and witnesses, and handles other details in preparation for trial. Prepares legal briefs, develops strategy, arguments, and testimony in preparation for presentation of case. Represent clients in court and before quasi-judicial or administrative agencies of government.

Organizes companies either as sole proprietorships, partnerships, or corporations, with or without foreign participation, or with or without investment incentives. Interprets laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. Advises clients on tax issues and on required licenses and permits.

Provides immigration services for foreigners, including the application for visas, work permits, or alien certificates of registration. Defend foreigners against deportation charges.

Requirements:
