* Must be articulate and fluent in writing and speaking the English language

* Thorough knowledge of AVAYA (Phone and Reporting function)
* Background in working with eWFM software (Similar to Blue Pumpkin)
* Must be able to motivate and train a team to perform well within a desired expectation

Senior Research Manager

Senior Research Manager
(National Capital Reg – MAKATI CITY)

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of analysts and team leaders to conduct research and analysis in the area of corporate finance, equity research, private equity, fixed income and hedge funds
* Manage day-to-day activities inside the Delivery Center including, but not limited to
* Perform quality check on the research work before it is sent to the client
* Monitoring and managing workflow to assure timely delivery of research product to customers
* Frequent daily interaction by email and telephone with customer managers in NY, London and Asia
* Tracking and maintaining metrics for a variety of data including capacity utilization, attendance, use of various databases:
* Develop processes to improve productivity of the team
* Mentor analysts and senior analysts. Supervise and train junior research staff and new hires:
* Develop training material as needed. Participate directly in training of new hires during initial weeks in the Delivery Center
* Participate in the new pilots
* Assist junior staff as necessary with research tasks
* Mentor new hires and junior staff to encourage good research skills and work ethic
* Work with customer managers to resolve any personnel problems or conflicts that may arise
* In addition to administrative responsibilities, the Delivery Center Lead may be expected to perform analytics tasks as well

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Alacra, Bloomberg, Factiva, Factset, Thomson ONE Banker, Thomson Research.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 6 years of experience in Human Resource Management or any related field
* With solid experience in Human Resource functions
* With good interpersonal skills
* Good in written and oral communication skills
* Computer literate
* Should have strong recruitment background handling volume hiring, is responsible for sourcing and selection of recruitment requirements.
* Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations.
