Responsibilities:
* The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and manage projects according to deadlines and within budget.
* The Project Manager will be responsible for a team of 20 developers working in a mostly Microsoft-based environment.
* The Project Manager will report to senior management located in the US.
* Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
* Direct, assign, divide and manage projects in development from beginning to end, define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
* Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
* Manage multiple, concurrent software development projects and be able to discuss them at any time.
* Manage daily activities of the Development Team. Assign workload and verify progress.
* Implement, manage and update daily Work Log for every project.
* Interact with management and developers located in the US, across different time zones.
* Collaborate with Tech Support personnel to ensure security and quality of development environment.
* Collaborate with various departments across different time zones to ensure the delivered product meets the needs of the end users.
* Adhere to best practices in agile software development and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate.
* Perform code and database design reviews.
* Manage all code releases to production.
* Collaborate with third-parties when appropriate.
* Train, guide and evaluate the supervised personnel.
Requirements:
* Management skills:
o 3+ Yrs Experience managing a Team of developers
o Experience with tools for managing project life-cycle
o SCRUM knowledge is a plus
o Ability to implement and enforce company policies
o Ability to enforce coding standards
o Proactive attitude
* Technical skills:
*
o 5+ years experience in Web development
o 4+ years in Software Development
o 3+ with ASP.NET/VB.NET(or C#.NET) /SQL Server
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Experience with working across different time zones
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

The office manager has a wide range of responsibilities to carry out. From supervising the work of the office staff, to designing and implementing the various policies of the office, the office manager candidate must have a high-level of organizational skill and have experience with corporate level communication. Their overall responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of the Administrations, Accounting and Human Resources departments.
The qualified candidate will assign and regulate clerical and secretarial functions. They will delegate responisbility to the administrative, human resource and accounting teams. They will establish the KPI for each department that they supervise and evaluate each individual’s perfomance in those departments. They will report directly to the General Manager and Exeuctive Level Management.

Workforce Planning Manager – Cebu

Responsibilities:
* Lead team members, foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation.
* Consult with local managers, project managers and other key players to define scheduling/forecasting requirements to meet call center metrics and communicate workforce scheduling and intra-day operations objectives.
* Implement and maintain intra-day workforce team responsible to assist service delivery achieves desired performance metrics.
* Create process documentation necessary to successfully monitor daily operations and keep service delivery informed of appropriate action steps.

* Participate in the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of existing and proposed systems and tools used for workforce planning, monitoring and forecasting.
* Perform a monthly site capacity count to determine actual facility usage. Prepare bi-weekly capacity reports detailing facility usage and open seat capacity.
* Participate in customer presentations, client calls, and quarterly business reviews to represent the workforce management department.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Mathematics or any related field.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
* Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
* Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices, plus knowledge of metrics and scheduling.
