Account Managers (AM) will be responsible in promoting and selling a condominium project – Victoria De Manila. AM must also be able to generate his/her own leads or accounts to work on.
Training Officers (TO) will be responsible for the training of Sales Teams in terms of project knowledge, sales process, personality/image development, as well as company policies.
Requirements:
Account Manager (AM) candidate should at least be college level in any field, with or without experience, not over 25 years old. AM must possess a pleasing personality, well groomed, and has the ability to deal/negotiate/service clients of various ages and personalities. AM must be willing to be trained and join the provincial/international caravans.
Training Officer (TO) candidate should pocess a College Degree & at least 1 year of experience in the training of Sales Teams in the real estate industry.

* Assists management in the formulation of credit policies.

* Responsible for hitting various SLA metrics
