REQUIREMENTS:
* Efficiently lead the Team providing vital execution and delivery of measures for strategic plans in Manpower Development
* Consistently conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), formulate training direction and strategy, and develop training programs, manual, and materials
* Manage and Lead the Speakers’ Bureau
