-Assures quality of products, customer satisfaction, quality of raw materials, product services and resolve customer complaints.
-Plans and implements continuous improvement of the production process towards the most efficient and safe manufacture of products meeting customer satisfaction.
-Ensures compliance to Philippine Standards – DTI, LLDA, DENR and other government standards.
