Responsibilities:

*Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and maximum exposure of books and other resources.
*Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range to ensure growth and expansion of publishing company.
*Researches, analyzes ans monitors financial, technological and demographic factors in order to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize the effects and competitive activity.
*Plans and oversees the organization’s advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, direct mail outlets and review media.
*Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns

Requirements:

*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent course.
*Required skill(s): Business understanding/market knowledge.
*Preferred skill(s): In depth experience on market studies, researches, business planning and analysis
*Required language(s): Filipino, English
*Born again Christian, with experience in marketing management.
*Preferably with a minimum of 2 years marketing and business development experience and interested in growing with the company
*Analytically inclined
*Must be capable of creating a comprehensive strategy to bring in new business and carry out the tasks necessary to succeed
*Knowledge in PowerPoint and other presentation software an advantage
*Results oriented
*Good in relationship management
*Has initiative
*Has above average communication skills
