* This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership as well as management of day-to-day activities of Technical Assurance Centers (TAC) operations for the Service Provider (SP) support program of the account.
* a. Focus on tactical management of supporting SP service operations. Develop and direct the TAC service management teams to strengthen customer satisfaction, improve resolution rates and other KPI measures.
* b.
