Lending Support Officer
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

Position Goal: To work closely with the Credit Team to assist with the administration and processing of Mortgage deals approved for the broker network.

* A ‘Can Do’ attitude;
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (internal & external);
* Assist with the approval process for the broker network;
* Driven and willing to get involved in all aspects of administration, credit processing duties, data entry into internal system and Banks/Funder Systems;
* Employment Checks, Credit Check on customer;
* Ability to assist in the credit process and is customer-oriented.
* Manage time effectively, while working on multiple tasks;
* Self-Motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethics.

Fluent in the English language;
*
Knowledge in the proper skills and procedures in getting loans approved;
*
Previous experience in a similar position is a plus but not required

Requirements:

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent;
*
Fluent knowledge of the English language;
*
With at least 1 year experience in the related field;
*
Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center;
*
Should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status;
