Responsibilities:

We are looking for home-based customer service representatives to be part of our pioneer account for a european company that specialises in business management, the role is not purely about receiving calls or making one; it is divided into a Coordinator, Routing Specialist, Data Encoder and Collector roles.

Requirements:

* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Customer service skills.
* Familiar in using MS Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
* Able to maintain simple spreadsheets.
* Experience working in a call center is an advantage.
* Internet savvy.
* Able to research locations using Google and other search engines.
* Willing to work from home, night shift.
