Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer service.
• Resolve issue through email support.
• Assist clients information about the games their playing on-line.

Requirements:

• Completed 2 years in college or any 2 yrs. vocational course.
• Average English communication skills and written skills.
• Can trouble-shoot network connectivity or ISP.
• Analytical problem solving skills and good probing skills.
• Must have a Facebook account and gamer of mafia wars or farmville.
• Proficient in keyboard – 25 wpm.
• Willing to work in Ortigas.
• Amenable in shifting schedule or graveyard shift.
• Full-time Position. (Regular Post)
