Treasury Manager

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for overall management of the Treasury Department, supervising and developing a Sr. Treasury Analyst as well as providing oversight and guidance to the Company’s U.S based subsidiaries’ treasury department.
* Oversight over daily cash management and funding requirements, analyzing and forecasting cash flow, including forecasting outstanding loan balance
* Reviewing weekly and month end report and acting as lead support during periodic audits by lender.
* Liaise with our banks and lender to research and follow-up on issues as well as assisting with maintaining corporate relationships with bankers regarding current and future transactions.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Should have an extensive Treasury and Analysis background, including experience in working with forecasting models, covenant calculations and experience with a web-based treasury service
* Experience with BofA Direct is a huge plus
* Must have prior experience working with US companies and banks
* Must possess excellent Excel skills including ability to create pivot tables
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* Must be willing to work in graveyard shift.
* Full-Time position available.

Provide administrative and marketing support for PC Mall’s Small Business Network. Main job functions would be to update and change content throughout Small Business Network website, help generate activity and communicate with members. Will also be utilized to test current and new functionality of the Small Business Network website.
